The Hob Knob Restaurant in Stowe, Vermont has earned its reputation through the years as one of Vermont's most celebrated steakhouses. Only at the Hob Knob will you find certified Angus steaks, hand cut and seasoned in herbs and spices, then grilled to mouth watering perfection.
Hours
The Hob Knob Restaurant will reopen for the summer/fall season June 20th.
Regular restaurant hours are Thursday, Friday, Saturday opening at 5:30pm.
The dining room is intimate and cozy, dominated by a huge fieldstone fireplace, framed with hand-hewn beams, and ceiling high windows.
Open for private parties year round by reservation.
