A Cleaner Greener Tomorrow
The Hob Knob Inn and Restaurant is committed to protecting the environment, the health and safety of our guests, and the habitat that surrounds us. In an effort to do these things we ask for your help to lessen the impact we have on our local and global environment by conserving energy, water, and other natural resources. If you would like to help us in our efforts we ask that you leave all cans, bottles and other recyclable items to the side of the waste can in your room. These items may also be placed in the basket marked recycling next to the ice machine on the first floor of the building. We also ask that you turn your heat down when leaving your room for long periods of time and unplug any unnecessary items while not in use. Along with our efforts to reduce water waste by reusing towels, we also use bleach and other toxic chemicals at a bare minimum, buy recycled products, and energy efficient light bulbs. These are just a few of the efforts the Hob Knob has put forth on our mission to be partners for a cleaner and healthier tomorrow. For more information about our Environmental Partner status with the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources or for a list of other items that may be recycled please feel free to call the front office. Thank you for your help. Sincerely,
The Fishers
